Hello all, I will be running the London Marathon 2018 in memory of my Beautiful little sister Carys that we lost so suddenly and tragically, She is missed so very much by everyone and that laugh of hers. I will be running for the Anthony Nolan Charity which had a place in Carys heart so it's only right I do this for her and Anthony Nolan.

We also suffered the loss of a very good friend Quhey Saunders and he will also be on my vest on the day. He is missed by so many and was the life and soul of the party. I will be running it for them both 👼🏻👼🏻❤️❤️
